In this first-of-its-kind event, the Summit will offer 6 hours of COPE-approved CE directly focused on developing skills for practice owners/managers that will boost revenue and build practices. Additionally, the Summit will feature 5 industry leaders giving Quick Talk tips on different aspects of practice ownership/management.

In addition to his consulting role with Impact Leadership, Mick is the Practice Management and Transition Advisor for Vision Source, a network of over 3,200 independently owned practices across the US.

Brianna Rhue, OD, FAAO, a board-certified optometric physician, brings her expertise in diagnosing and managing ocular diseases to West Broward Eyecare Associates in Tamarac, Florida. Among her specialties are myopia control (orthokeratology), management of keratoconus, diabetic eye care, and treatments for glaucoma and diseases of the cornea. She is a nationally recognized leader in Myopia Management, lecturing extensively throughout the year, and is currently a key principal investigator in the study of myopia management.  She is also co-founder of Dr.Contact lens.

Dr. Gould is a professional speaker, practice management consultant, author and practice owner of two private practice in the Twin Cities. As a 4th generation optometrist with over 15 years of consulting experience for both the private and public sectors, Dr. Gould brings an unforeseen depth of knowledge, experience and insight to the industry. To date, Dr. Gould has helped elevate over 40 practices and large-scale private equity-based firms in the ophthalmic industry to their fullest potential. When not serving his patients or presenting, Dr. Gould enjoys writing articles on Practice Management for various business and clinical platforms.

Dr. Bethany and her husband Dr. Jonathan Fishbein open their first practice in Somerset, NJ.  They have been clients of the Power Practice from the time they opened. Bethany joined the Power Practice consulting team as CEO and has helped practices of all sizes and scope, across the United States.  When working with clients, she is passionate about inspiring other doctors to build the practice culture in order to ensure the success of the business.

    Love the concept
    With Vision Source as the primary speaker, I have doubts but there are always things to learn when ideas are shared.

    Maybe add a PECAA or other truly independent voice or a high gross high net or first generation >3 office voice or all three.

    Thanks for your thoughts Christian. Despite our lead speaker’s affiliation, all courses will be presented in a COPE-approved, non-biased fashion.

    Each speaker comes from unique backgrounds as practice (or multi-practice) owners and entrepreneurs.

    We do hope to hold more of these events in the future and will keep your suggestions in mind!
